“Trátame Suavemente” is a song composed by Argentine singer-songwriter Daniel Melero and originally recorded by his band Los Encargados in the early 80s. In 1985, Soda Stereo made a version that became very popular in Latin America. In 1999, Beto Cuevas, the lead singer of the Chilean pop band La Ley, recorded another version of the song as an intro for a TV soap opera.
