The song was later re-recorded and re-released as a single in October 9, 1998 for the band's compilation album The Best of 1980–1990. In the United States, the song peaked at number 63 on the Billboard Hot 100 in December 19, 1998 and number nine on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart.
