This recording, billed as being by "Dionne Warwick & Friends", was released as a charity single for AIDS research and prevention. It was a massive hit, topping the Billboard Hot 100 on January 18 1986 and remaining for 4 weeks, becoming the number-one single of 1986 in the United States.
